Terms of Service

Terms of Service for ApplyInbox Effective date: March 9, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of ApplyInbox, a service operated by Rosyvid Oy, Finland ("Rosyvid", "ApplyInbox", "we", "us", "our").

By creating an account or using ApplyInbox, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

ApplyInbox connects to your Gmail account and helps you identify, organize, and track recruitment-related email conversations and job applications. The service includes email sync, classification, metadata extraction, reminders, and a dashboard.

ApplyInbox relies on third-party services such as Google Gmail APIs and payment providers. Changes to those services may affect the availability or functionality of ApplyInbox, and we are not responsible for disruptions caused by third-party services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use ApplyInbox.

You may use ApplyInbox only if you can legally enter into a binding agreement and your use complies with applicable law.

3. Your account

You are responsible for:

  • Keeping your login credentials secure
  • Providing accurate account information
  • All activity that occurs under your account

You may connect your Gmail account to ApplyInbox. You can delete your account at any time from the Settings page. When you delete your account, we revoke your Gmail access and permanently delete all your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

4. Subscription and billing

ApplyInbox offers:

  • a 7-day free trial, no credit card required, and the trial does not automatically convert to a paid subscription
  • a $7/month paid subscription

Billing is handled through Stripe. You authorize recurring charges for your subscription until you cancel. You are responsible for any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Payments are generally non-refundable except where required by applicable law. If you believe you were billed in error, please contact support and we will review the situation.

We may change pricing in the future. If we do, we will provide notice before the new pricing applies to your subscription.

5. Cancellation and termination

You can cancel your subscription at any time through the billing settings in the product. After cancellation, you retain access until the end of your current billing period.

We may suspend or terminate access if:

  • you materially violate these Terms
  • your use creates security or legal risk
  • payment fails and is not resolved
  • we discontinue the service

We may also suspend access temporarily if necessary to investigate suspected abuse, security incidents, or violations of these Terms.

Termination does not limit any rights or obligations that by nature should continue after termination.

6. Data and privacy

Your use of ApplyInbox is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

You grant us permission to process your data as needed to operate the service, including accessing Gmail data that you authorize.

ApplyInbox's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

7. Intellectual property

ApplyInbox, including its software, branding, design, and related content, is owned by Rosyvid Oy or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

These Terms give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for your own personal or internal use during your subscription.

8. Feedback

If you send us feedback, suggestions, or ideas, we may use them without restriction or compensation to you.

9. How the service works

ApplyInbox uses automated classification to detect recruitment-related emails. While we work to make this as accurate as possible, the service may not detect every recruiter email, and classifications may occasionally be incorrect. ApplyInbox is a tool to support your job search, not a guarantee of any particular outcome.

ApplyInbox provides organizational and informational tools only. It does not provide career, employment, or professional advice.

We aim to provide a reliable service, but ApplyInbox is provided on an as available basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the service. We may modify, improve, or remove features, and we may interrupt the service for maintenance, security, or operational reasons.

10. Liability and disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rosyvid Oy will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from or related to your use of ApplyInbox.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rosyvid Oy's total liability for claims arising out of or relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid to ApplyInbox in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or $100 if you have not paid anything.

You are responsible for maintaining your own copies of important emails and information.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rosyvid Oy from claims, losses, and expenses arising from your misuse of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of applicable law or the rights of others.

11. Acceptable use

You agree to use ApplyInbox responsibly. This means you will not:

  • use the service for unlawful purposes
  • attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours
  • interfere with the service or its infrastructure
  • reverse engineer, scrape, or misuse the service beyond permitted use
  • use the service in a way that infringes the rights of others
  • use the service in a way that violates Google Gmail terms of service or other third-party service terms
  • use the service to build a competing product through abusive automated access

You may only connect email accounts that you are authorized to use.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Finland, without regard to conflict of law rules.

Any dispute arising out of these Terms or the service will be resolved in the competent courts of Finland, unless applicable consumer law requires otherwise.

13. General

We are not responsible for failure or delay caused by events outside our reasonable control.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Rosyvid Oy regarding the service.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date and provide notice where appropriate.
